Sofie is Danish, but grew up in Brussels, Belgium, and came to the United States seven years ago to live with Jared. She has long dreamed of having a small farm, and can't wait to grow lots of veggies! When she is not busy growing veggies, she might play her harp, paint, or study languages.
Jared was born in Biddeford, Maine, but spent many years in Durham, New Hampshire. When Jared is not busy in the field, he restores and builds fine picture frames and gilds them with gold-leaf. If he has time to spare, he might make welded sculpture out of steel or take a walk by the beach with the dogs.
